About the event

In conjunction with Aluminum USA in Nashville, Tennessee, the U.S.-Canada Future Borders Coalition and the Québec Office in Atlanta are pleased to present an expert symposium and reception on Québec-U.S. southeast aluminum supply chain collaboration. The Québec-US collaboration on aluminum production is a prime example of sustainable and innovative manufacturing. This partnership harnesses Québec's abundant hydroelectric power and the expertise of U.S. entrepreneurs to drive the production of high-quality aluminum while mitigating environmental impact, including through the use of cutting-edge recycling technologies. The Québec U.S.-Southeast partnership is reshaping industry standards and promoting the versatile use of aluminum across sectors such as aerospace and automotive. However, recent history shows that trade barriers pose a risk to the success of this cross-border collaboration and both sides must be vigilant to keep supply chains moving efficiently. Join us for a conversation with industry and market experts as we explore how Québec aluminum is helping to drive opportunities in the US southeast and the ways the relationship can be strengthened. A reception will follow the panel discussion.
